Why the hanging marks will appear on the oven shelf wire racks.

When we finishing the steps from cutting, trimming, bent, and welding the form the wire racks. It is still in steel racks without any plating. So it looks dark color and without any brightness. Usully we will do the chrome or niknel plating on the surface of the oven wire racks in the last steps. How we do the plating on the racks? Usually we use a hanging mold To hang the wire racks and dipping into electrolysis with the plating solutions. Finishing the plating, the oven wire racks look very brightness and that protect the steel for more antioxidant and free of rusties. In the final goods, it will appear a very very little hanging marks on each wire racks.
